Prof. Luiz Moutinho

Professor Luiz Moutinho is a respected academic and expert in Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Biometrics, Neuroscience Theory, and Futures Research. He is a Visiting Professor at the University of Suffolk, England, and The Marketing School, Portugal.
A member of the Academia Europaea, he has served as Founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Modelling in Management (JM2) and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Research Journal Innovative Marketing. He also contributes as an Associate Editor for several international journals.
Professor Moutinho is widely recognized for his groundbreaking work in innovative marketing and future-focused research.
Prof. Wen-Jer Chang

Wen-Jer Chang is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Marine Engineering at National Taiwan Ocean University, Taiwan. He holds degrees in Marine Engineering, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering and has authored over 160 journal papers and 150 conference papers.
Dr. Chang's research focuses on intelligent control, fuzzy control, robust control, marine engineering, and smart shipping. He is a life member of several professional organizations, including IEEE and CACS, and has been recognized with awards such as the Outstanding Research Teacher Award and inclusion in Stanford University's “World's Top 2% Scientists” (2021–2024).
Prof. Marc Abadie

Emeritus Professor Marc Abadie is a distinguished chemist with over 45 years of expertise in polymer science. He earned his Ph.D. from the Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg and is affiliated with the Institute Charles Gerhardt Montpellier and the University of Montpellier.
An expert in high-performance composites, biomaterials, and green chemistry, Dr. [Name] has authored 16 books, 12 patents, and over 450 peer-reviewed papers. With significant industrial experience at IBM USA, MOD UK, and Total France, he has also mentored nearly 150 graduate students, cementing his global impact on polymer science and innovation.
Prof. Grigorios Beligiannis
University of PatrasGreece
Grigorios Beligiannis is a Professor of Intelligent Information Systems at the University of Patras. He holds a PhD in Computer & Information Technology (2002) and has been part of the university’s faculty since 2007, achieving full professorship in 2020. His research focuses on intelligent algorithms, decision theory, and business intelligence systems. He has published extensively, with over 110 research papers and book chapters, and serves as an editor for multiple scientific journals. With more than 26 years of experience in research projects and 21 years in academia, he has also held leadership roles, including Chair of the Department of Business Administration of Food & Agricultural Enterprises (2016–2020) and the Department of Food Science & Technology (since 2022).

Dr. Steven D.P. Moore
University of Alberta Canada
Steven D.P. Moore, Ph.D., is an independent researcher and the founder and Chief Science Officer of Vartis Space. He received his training at the University of Alberta and completed a fellowship at Harvard. Dr. Moore holds two patents, one currently under review, and has authored nearly 20 peer-reviewed articles in medical sciences, applied mathematics, and physics, with close to 700 citations.
During the COVID isolation period, Dr. Moore made a groundbreaking discovery that is shaping the mathematical framework for what was once considered only a philosophical concept: relationalism. This developing theory is advancing how we model matter, time, space, and change. It opens pathways for transformative technologies, including methods to synchronize time across vast interstellar distances that is synergistic with relativity, as well as zero-time modeling techniques that address challenges in quantum computing.

Dr. Gueddah Hicham

Hicham Gueddah is qualified professor in computer science at Department of Computer Science-ENS, Mohammed V University in Rabat- Morocco, joining the Intelligent Processing and Systems Security team- FSR, Mohammed V University since 2018. His research area and topic is Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Mining and Deep Learning, especially the research axis of automatic correction. He has published several works in automatic correction.
Dr. Alejandro Medina Santiago

Dr. Alejandro Medina Santiago is a researcher at the Department of Computer Science at the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics, and Electronics. He holds a Doctor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the National Polytechnic Institute, where he also earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. He completed his undergraduate studies in Electronics Engineering at the Technological Institute of Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
His research interests include signal processing, cybersecurity, IoT, Industry 4.0, VLSI integrated circuit design, and the development of intelligent systems using deep learning, neural networks, and fuzzy logic. Dr. Medina Santiago is also the founder and sub-director of the Center for Research, Development, and Technological Innovation at the University of Science and Technology Descartes, UNAM.
